Unsafe service for solo woman
I booked an InDrive driver, Irvin, from Akumal hotel to Cancun airport three days before the drive. The drive was for the flight, and the driver was supposed to be there at 3 am.
I called him 6 hours earlier, and he confirmed. Then at 3 am, he was not showing up and canceled the drive! He left a solo female traveler stranded at 3 am near a highway.
Unprotected. He is a scam.

Horrible experience
what a horrible 1st experience with inDrive. I wrote a review, but there was no response.
Not the driver getting stuck on the N2 on my way to our end-of-year function, and mind you, I already paid this driver. I had to take a public taxi to town.
Very horrible experience, and clearly inDrive only has old and unreliable cars. The driver was so dirty, and the car was horrific.

Horrible experience
not the driver getting stuck on the N2 on my way to my end-of-year function, dirty car, clumsy driver and definitely horrible car. I had to take a public taxi to town in order to make it.
I sent a complaint to inDrive but received no response.
Very horrible first experience with inDrive. I should have rather stayed with my Uber because they are definitely reliable.
